Shipping & Delivery

We deliver to a deliberately short list of countries, and add to it as we confirm freight and duties for each one. If your country is not offered at checkout, we do not yet ship there.

How lead time is calculated

Every product page states a lead time for that piece. That figure covers production or preparation only.

Transit time is added on top, and depends on your delivery country. The total you should expect is the product lead time plus transit.

Lead times are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees. If a piece is going to be materially later than quoted, we will tell you as soon as we know rather than waiting for you to ask.

Duties, taxes and customs

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST for Australian orders.

For orders delivered outside Australia, import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country and are your responsibility. We cannot calculate or pre-pay them, and they are not included in the price or the shipping charge.

We will not under-declare the value of a shipment or mark goods as a gift.

Delivery access

These are large, heavy objects. Please check that your access — doorways, stairwells, lifts, corridors — can physically accommodate the dimensions listed on the product page before you order.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the piece will not fit or nobody is present to receive it, redelivery is charged at cost.

Eight to ten weeks from order, because production begins only once your order and finish are confirmed.

Four to eight weeks from order for most destinations. Sea freight is the standard method for pieces of this size and weight.

Included within Australia. International shipping is quoted at checkout for the countries we currently serve.

Quoted at checkout based on your delivery country. The rate is shown before you pay, never added afterwards.

Available Australia-wide: two-person delivery, placement in the room of your choice, and removal of all packaging.
Sourced · White-glove delivery
Available in Australian metropolitan areas. Outside those areas the piece is delivered kerbside by the freight carrier.

A tracking number is emailed to you on dispatch.
Sourced · Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once the piece clears the carrier's origin depot. There is often a gap of several days between dispatch and the first tracking scan on international freight.
