How long until my order arrives?
Most orders arrive in roughly 2–6 weeks, depending on the item and your address. Each product page shows its own estimated window, and you will get a tracking link once it ships.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Australia ships free. International orders ship at a flat rate based on order value: A$45 under A$1,000, A$195 from A$1,000 to A$3,000, and free over A$3,000. Import duties and taxes in your country are set by your local customs and aren’t included. Shipping options and any cost are shown before you pay. See our shipping policy.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you will get a tracking number by email once your order leaves the origin depot. There can be a few days between dispatch and the first scan on international freight.
Where are the pieces made?
Chrome Pieces curates chrome and aluminium furniture made by our manufacturing partners. Each product page states that piece's country of origin.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Email support@chromepieces.com.au within 7 days with photos — we will replace or refund, and you will not pay return freight on a piece that arrived damaged. Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply. See our returns and warranty policies.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging. See the returns policy for how return freight works on larger items.
Do you have a gift card?
Yes. Gift cards bought on our previous site are still honoured — email support@chromepieces.com.au with your code if you have any trouble.
