Shipping policy

We deliver to the countries shown at checkout. If your country isn't offered, we don't ship there yet.

Lead time. Each product page states an estimated delivery window for that item. Pieces are dispatched by our manufacturing partners in the country of origin stated on the product page, so most orders arrive in roughly 2 to 6 weeks depending on the item and your destination. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; if an order will be materially later than quoted, we'll tell you as soon as we know.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed once the piece clears the carrier's origin depot. On international freight there's often a gap of several days between dispatch and the first tracking scan.

Prices, GST, duties. Prices are in Australian dollars. For Australian orders, GST is included where it applies. For orders delivered outside Australia, any import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country and are your responsibility. We won't under-declare a shipment's value or mark goods as a gift.

Delivery access. Furniture can be large and heavy — check your doorways, stairwells and lifts against the dimensions on the product page before ordering. If a delivery can't be completed because the piece won't fit or nobody is present, redelivery is charged at cost.
