Prices & payment. All prices in AUD, including GST where applicable. Payment is taken in full at checkout via Shopify Payments; we don't receive or store your card details. A price shown in obvious error doesn't bind us — we'll contact you before charging anything different.
Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order (unavailable stock, undeliverable address, suspected fraud); if we decline after payment, you're refunded in full.
Origin. Pieces are made by our manufacturing partners in the country stated on the product page. We do not describe these pieces as Australian-made.
Title & risk. Title passes on full payment; risk passes on delivery.
Liability. Subject to the ACL, our liability for any claim relating to a piece is limited to the amount you paid for it; we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law: Victoria, Australia.
